Holds premeasure powder charge, projectile and priming in a waterproof container. Simply flip over the cover and pour the powder charge in the barrel and then drive the projectile into the muzzle with your short starter. Percussion cap or priming charge is contained in a separate compartment, ready for use. Also features a 209 primer recess in the top.
